Travel Fruit is a travel management company providing personalized, technology-enabled support for business and personal travel, meetings & events, group travel, and travel-related programs and experiences.
Many startups, nonprofits, churches, small business, entrepreneurs, consulting firms, and individuals have real travel, meeting and event needs — but not always the capital for a dedicated team, the systems for booking and reporting, or the specialized expertise in travel, venue procurement, and contract negotiation to manage it all. Without the right support, these needs can become time consuming — pulling focus away from what matters most: building, developing, operating, serving and innovating.
We serve as an outsourced travel and meetings & events department — giving our clients the expertise and hands on management they need, without the cost and complexity of building an internal team.

From sourcing the right venues and hotels to reviewing contracts and coordinating vendors, we take care of transportation and event logistics so nothing falls through the cracks.
